Taking a Few Days Off For The Holiday
I am going to be busy with my family and relatives for the holiday so I won't be posting as much. Also my cousin passed away on Monday so I have a visitation to attend on Friday and the funeral is on Saturday. It was a long illness so it wasn't a shock but sad anyway.

You have my empathy. I was in the same spot about 4 years ago. My mom passed a few days after Christmas from a long illness too. It was sad, but expected. Yet, no matter what the heart still needs time to grieve.
