Meal Planning Monday 11/9
Ready for another busy week! I am really enjoying my subscription to Relish. It has really saved my time in creating my meal plan. Here is a new recipe from Relish that I can't wait to try this week!
Slow Cooker Dr Pepper BBQ Pork
1 3-4 pound shoulder pork roast
18 ounces barbecue sauce
1 12-ounce bottle Dr Pepper Soft Drink
1. Place pork roast in a 6-quart slow cooker; pour barbecue sauce and Dr. Pepper over roast.
2. Cover and cook on high 8-10 hours or until meat is tender and shreds easily.
3. Just before serving, baste the pork frequently with the pan juices.
Ooh, that sounds easy and tasty! Remember that you can enter my giveaway for a year's subscription to Relish. So on to my meal plan for the week.

Mmm, the roast sounds tasty. I've had something similar with chicken that my family loves.
Sounds good! You must be like me and love chicken. Hubby is ok with chicken but I could eat it every night! There are so many different ways to make it. I am making a new recipe tonight I found on someone elses menu plan site. It's in the crock pot and smelling yummy! there is a link in todays blog post.
mmmm... Dr. Pepper - the diet version is my addiction! ;)
