Easy Mini Microwave Cakes Recipe

You can buy mini microwave desserts at the grocery store but they are expensive. The price comes out to about .90 per cake. Did you know that these are super easy and cheap to make at home?

You could make a cake mix from scratch but I get cakes mixes really cheap by using coupons. Easiest recipe ever!

Put 2 Tbs cake mix into a small glass bowl. Add 3 tsp of water. Stir until mixed. Then microwave for 30 seconds. That's it! All done!

You can try many variations! I like to mix in chocolate chips or drizzle fudge on top and then microwave. Wonderful and cheap! My daughter likes the plain recipe given above. Then she adds a little frosting or whipped topping.

Teenagers can easily make these for themselves. Also great recipe for college students since it calls for few ingredients and just a microwave.
