Last week, I posted a nice healthy low calorie dessert. Well, it is a good thing that you saved your calories! Here is my dessert recipe for this week with 6 ingredients.

Jr Mint Brownie Cake Balls

Ingredients:
Brownie mix (make according to directions on box)
Eggs ( for the brownies)
Oil (for the brownies)
Can of vanilla frosting
Bag of chocolate chips
Box of Jr Mints

First, make the brownies according to the directions on the box. Let the brownies cool for a little while and then crumble then into a bowl. Stir in the vanilla frosting. I use about 3/4 of the can of frosting. Stir until the brownies and frosting are mixed together.

Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. This will make it easier to roll into balls. Take a Jr Mint and then take some of the brownie cake mixture, roll it around the Jr Mint so it forms a small ball. Don't worry if the Jr Mint gets squished. Place the balls on wax paper. When finished making balls, put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

After the 2 hours, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. When the chips are melted, dip in a brownie cake ball and roll it around so it is covered in chocolate. You can use a fork or spoon to lift the dipped cake ball onto wax paper. After dipping all the cake balls, put them in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard.

So yummy! I confess that I will eat these right after they have been dipped in chocolate. I just can't stand waiting to have one!

I finally thought of a dessert recipe that only calls for six ingredients--but I think all of the giveaways are over!
