Yoo Hoo! Great promotion! Just received this info in an email from dELiAs stores. When you try on a pair of shorts, you will get a FREE $10 Gift Card! They did this last year with jeans. Really easy, you try on the item and they give you the gift card. It is $10 off, NOT a $10 off a $50 purchase coupon type.
