New TLC Extreme Couponing Series Starts on April 6

TLC has decided to make the Extreme Couponing into a series. The first new episode is on April 6, 2011. Who would really want to be on this show? It makes couponers out to be crazy people! There was a lot of discussion on the coupon and money saving blogs after the original show. I am sure that the discussion will heat up again after the new Extreme Couponing series starts.

There is a sneak peek of the show on TLC's website. I watched it and it definitely looks like they are going after the crazy people. Seriously, who gets 2500 sets of inserts? No, that was not a typo. In the preview, a woman says that she cut 2500 sets of inserts from 1 week.

I just hope that manufacturers will continue to be generous with their coupons!
