Power Gig: Rise of the Six String Bundle Review

Who didn't want to be a rock star when they were a kid? Power Gig: Rise of the Rock Star is first and only band video game with a real guitar as a controller! No guitar experience necessary!

The premise of the game is that the world of Ohm is in the hands of an evil empire. Music is banned and rockers are in trouble. Only you can save the world and Rock n Roll. The song list is great. It includes songs from Eric Clapton, Dave Matthews band, John Mayer, Kid Rock, Smashing Pumpkins, Snow Patrol, and more. You can check out the song list
here.

The Power Gig: Rise of the Six String bundle is available for the XBox and Playstation 3. The game bundle comes with :

More product features:

• Music Makes You Smarter?
Did you know that playing music develops concentration and memory and sharpens hand-eye coordination? And according to NAMM, studies show that music enhances intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.

You can buy everything you need in one box! The band kit comes with the game and the SixString guitar controller so you can start playing right away.

• Worry-Free Fun
In a marketplace of violent video games, rest assured that Power Gig’s world of Ohm is a peaceful zone. The ESRB gave the game a T (Teen) rating, listing mild lyrics and mild suggestive themes.

My Thoughts:
I love that the game uses a real guitar. You can learn to play the guitar while playing the game. I also really liked the songs that were included for the game!
