Keeping My Ride Alive From Jiffy Lube & Giveaway

My Toyota Camry has 108,000 miles on it! Since I don't want the expense of getting a new car, a high priority for me is keeping my car in good condition. That means getting regular oil changes and other maintenance. In this economy, I think that even more people want to extend the life of their vehicle.

A 2010 Jiffy Lube International survey has some interesting results that I want to share with you.
- More than half of U.S. drivers hope to hit more than 150,000 miles on their vehicle before replacing it
- More than a quarter are looking to clock in more than 250,000 miles before throwing in the towel
- While 99% of drivers agree getting their oil changed regularly will help prolong its life, most are looking for additional services during their oil change visits to help keep their ride alive
- Convenience: Nine in 10 people agree having other key vehicle parts and fluids checked during their regular oil change is the most convenient way for them to maintain their vehicle’s value and longevity
- Speed: More than half of U.S. drivers (59%) agree it is important to have their oil change finished in 30 minutes or less.

Busy, Busy, Busy!!

Sorry, that I haven't posted much in the last several weeks! I have been very busy getting my son ready to start college. There have been so many things to buy and do. I can't believe that all the years have flown by so quickly. It seems like just yesterday that he was starting kindergarten. So I just wanted to spend some time with my kids before they started school. I will be back in full swing next week!
