When you see a comment card at restaurant or coffee shop, take the time to fill it out. I received free coffee from Starbucks, free meals from restaurants, and discount coupons from filling out the comment cards.
You don't have to have a complaint to fill out a card. If the service is good, let the restaurant know that too. Give it a try!
